Our apartment is located right next to an idyllic park in a quiet neighborhood. A large shopping complex with various shops and restaurants is within walking distance (12 minutes).
The city center, with its shops, restaurants, bars, and attractions, is a 5-minute drive, a 20-minute bus ride, or a 35-minute walk away.
The university hospitals and the nearby commercial area can also be reached quickly.
